One of America’s largest and longest running club nights, Making Time is a venerable Philadelphia institution. Its devoted fanbase has grown to encompass a community that includes sister nights across the city and a record label (the fantastic RVNG).
Making Time was my first public poster comission; I started the job of doing its posters almost four years ago whilst still in college, and have remained the nights artistic director ever since. Now well into its second decade and with no signs of slowing down, the club continues to go from strength to strength, with its Making Time RADio broadcast spawning a full music festival in Los Angeles this summer, but despite its expansion still returns monthly to its spiritual home in Philadelphia.
It remains the best place on the east coast of America to hear incredible music and completely lose your shit.
